We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming Photosynthesis: From Fundamental Mechanisms to Applications Conference (a satellite meeting of the Plant Biology Europe 2025 Conference of the FESPB), scheduled to take place from 29 June to 2 July, Gárdony, Hungary. This conference aims to convene leading experts, researchers, and scholars to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in the field of photosynthesis.
Conference Overview:
The conference will feature keynote lectures by distinguished international experts, focused panels with invited and selected speakers, and poster sessions. Topics will encompass a broad spectrum of photosynthesis research, including:
* Photosynthetic light harvesting and electron transport
* Biogenesis and maintenance of the photosynthetic apparatus
* Photosynthesis under stress
* Carbon assimilation
* Improving photosynthesis and artificial photosynthesis
* Algal biotechnology

* Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations: March 31, 2025
* Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations: April 15, 2025
* Early bird registration ends: 31 March
* Regular registration ends: May 30, 2025

The conference will be held at Vital Hotel Nautius, located in Gárdony at the picturesque Lake Velence.
Registration and Abstract Submission:
Participants are encouraged to register and submit abstracts online through the conference website using the instructions available here: https://www.remedicon.hu/346/photosynthesis/home?lang=en. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 150 persons, therefore, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to select participants based on their submitted abstracts.
